Justina has nearly 15 years of experience in the financial servicesindustry. Before co-founding Novantigo, Justina served as the head of European institutional asset management research at Cerulli Associates for almost a decade. In this role, she oversaw all institutional investor research activities and was lead for all private market and alternatives as well as all ESG and fees related research. She has led and worked on various strategic consulting engagement projects as well and has built a strong network of and partnerships with many industry stakeholders. She also has presented at numerous conferences across Europe every year. Earlier in her career, she gained experience at SEB Group, providing expert advice on various banking products, including unit-linked insurance and third-pillar pension products. Justina holds the CAIA Charter and two master’s degrees— one in Data Science from the University of London and another in International Finance and Investment from London South Bank University.

Oyvin Furustol is a Senior Investment Adviser at LGT, responsible for the distribution of private markets investments to LGT Private Banking clients across Europe. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Fribourg and began his career at the Swiss Economic Institute at ETH Zurich. Before joining LGT in 2015, he spent sixteen years with a major Swiss bank in various investment-focused roles. He is a CFA charterholder.

William joined EQT in April 2023 as Head of Fund Strategy from Partners Group, where he had been the Senior Portfolio Manager of their Global Value SICAV fund in addition to being responsible of the portfolio management of key private wealth management offerings (ELTIFs, master-feeder structures, joint-initiatives). When he resigned from Partners Group (November 2022) he was managing private markets portfolios in excess of EUR 11bn NAV. Prior to joining Partners Group, William worked at Morgan Stanley in London as a financial engineer and exotic option structurer.

William holds a master’s degree in Financial Econometrics from the University of Venice, Italy and a master’s degree in quantitative finance from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH).

Daniel joined iCapital in 2024 and is Head of Client Solutions EMEA, based in Zurich. In his role, he is responsible for the firm’s business development activities and to expand its client base in the EMEA region. His key focus will be on banks, wealth management organizations, and independent financial advisors across EMEA.​ Daniel has a wealth of experience with over 30 years of industry expertise in Wealth and Asset Management. Before joining iCapital, Daniel held global senior leadership positions at Credit Suisse, Schroders, and UBS. Most recently, Daniel was the Global Head of Investment Management at Credit Suisse and a voting member of the Global Investment Committee responsible for the firm’s house view. In addition, he was also Chair of the Investment Committee of the Credit Suisse Pension Fund. Before joining Credit Suisse, Daniel was Head of Global Sales at Schroders, based in London, and prior to this, he spent more than 20 years at UBS, where he last served as Global Head Portfolio Specialists in the UBS Wealth Management division.​ Daniel holds a Master in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Zurich (lic. oec. publ.) and a dual Master in Finance from the Universities of Rochester and Bern. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
