Benjamin Toussaint
Tax Partner, KPMG Luxembourg
Ben is a tax partner leading our Luxembourg alternative investment group. He has over 17 years of experience in tax (including international experience in the US and in the UAE) in the following asset classes: private equity, private debt and real estate. Ben has an extensive experience in the structuring of cross-border transactions but also assisted several asset managers with the setup of their fund vehicles in Luxembourg. Ben is a former Deloitte partner and joined KPMG in February 2022. He is also specialized in private debt and had the opportunity to lead such an industry at a firm level for Deloitte Luxembourg. Ben is also an active figure in the Luxembourg alternative investment community, and a member of various industry groups.
Paul Spendiff

Before joining Gen II, Paul served as Global Head of Fund Sales at a leading global financial services provider, responsible for developing and executing the firm’s global sales strategy.
Jake Heyka
Partner
Jake Heyka is an investment funds partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jake's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, structured equity transactions, minority interest sales and other transactions involving public and private investment management firms, broker-dealers and related businesses. In addition, his practice frequently includes structuring complex incentive compensation and equity ownership arrangements for principals of investment management firms. He also advises private investment funds on a range of complex business transactions in the secondary market, including traditional portfolio sales, stapled secondary offerings, secondary direct transactions, fund restructurings and other GP-led transactions.
Jake has significant experience working with clients structuring investment funds in Europe, the Middle East and across Latin America.
Fabrice Jeusette
Partner, KPMG Luxembourg
Fabrice is a Tax Partner in Corporate & Accounting Services at KPMG Luxembourg, in charge of the Central Administration, Transfer Agent, Corporate Accounting and Corporate Secretary departments. He supports alternative asset managers (private equity, debt, real estate, infrastructure, etc.) outsourcing part of the back-office and support functions for their funds and holdings operations in Luxembourg and other European jurisdictions. Fabrice has been a Board Member of several multi-national companies active in the chemical, pharmaceutical and industrial fields (AIFM - holding companies investing in multiple asset classes, regulated and non-regulated funds).
