Erwan Paugam joined Ardian in 2020. Previously, he worked at J.P.Morgan in Paris and London covering UHNW clients in France, Belgium & Luxembourg. Erwan Paugam began his career working as a Management Consultant. He is in charge of the Private Client initiative globally in partnership with the IR teams locally. He is based in Paris.

Managing Director, Product Development @ Brookfield

Oliver Wiedemeijer is a Managing Director for Brookfield's Private Wealth Group, responsible for product development and strategy outside North America. Before joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Wiedemeijer spent over 18 years at Credit Suisse, most recently serving as global head of due diligence and product strategy across private and alternative markets. He’s held several alternative investment and client relationship management roles during his tenure. Mr. Wiedemeijer has a Masters of Economics from St. Gallen University (HSG).

Henry Middleton

Henry Middleton

Head of EMEA Wealth Distribution @ Macquarie Asset Management (MAM)

Henry is the Head of EMEA Wealth Distribution for Macquarie Asset Management (MAM). In this role, he oversees MAM’s engagement across the Wealth channel within EMEA and coordinates with MAM’s existing Wealth coverage teams in the US, Asia and Australia. He works with the large Private Banks and Wealth intermediaries to create access to MAM’s institutional investment capabilities. Henry joined Macquarie from Barings, where he oversaw the distribution functions in Europe and the US and was responsible for coordinating global wealth intermediaries. Over the course of more than 10 years with Barings, Henry also developed regional distribution strategies and developed products in alternatives for institutional and wealth clients. Henry holds a Master of Engineering and a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge.
