Sam (Yu-Hsuan) Lin is a Partner at Singulier and co-leads the Business Strategy and Transaction Advisory practice. Sam has spearheaded Singulier’s AI diligence framework, leads complex buy- and sell-side digital and AI impact due diligences across B2B and B2C sectors, and manages end-to-end transformation programmes for C‑suite leaders spanning digital & marketing strategy, process optimisation and technology integration. With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, technology and AI-driven digital reorganisation, he advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies on transactions, digital transformation, marketing strategy and customer acquisition cost (CAC) optimisation, helping businesses scale efficiently and maximise returns on digital investments.
Clément Marty
Head of Digital Transformation & Managing Director @ Ardian
Clément Marty is Global Head of Digital and Managing Director Value Creation, in charge of digital transformation and value creation within portfolio companies at Ardian. In particular, he leads initiatives related to digital, data and artificial intelligence in order to accelerate the creation of operational value within the group's investments, in close collaboration with the investment teams and the managers of the companies supported.
At Ardian, Clément Marty plays a key role in the deployment of data and AI solutions, as well as in the structuring of digital organizations and the identification of concrete use cases for Ardian's portfolio companies. He actively contributes to the group's reflection on the strategic use of AI, particularly in operational performance, in line with Ardian's ambition to be a leading player in technological innovation and business transformation.
Prior to joining Ardian, he spent 10 years at the Carrefour Group, where he was Chief Strategy Officer and then contributed in various positions, in Spain and France, to the Group's digital transformation. He began his career in consulting, notably at McKinsey & Company where he was an active member of the High Tech practice. He is a graduate of HEC.
Adam Nahari
Operating Partner, Head of Data, Digital, & AI @ Apollo
Adam Nahari is a Data, Digital & AI (DDAI) Operating Partner in Apollo’s Portfolio Performance Solutions (APPS) group, where he leads efforts to leverage data science and artificial intelligence to drive investment performance and strengthen portfolio companies. He partners closely with deal teams across the full investment lifecycle - supporting thesis development, sourcing, diligence, and value creation efforts. Adam oversees both the DDAI portfolio value creation group and Apollo’s data science and research group, which provides analytical insights to the investment team. Adam brings significant experience building and scaling data science and AI capabilities within private equity. Prior to joining Apollo, he was Chief Data and AI Officer at Pinegrove Venture Partners, where he led the use of advanced analytics and computational methods to source proprietary investment opportunities, enhance underwriting, and inform portfolio management. Previously, he built and scaled data science and AI initiatives at Berkshire Partners, partnering with management teams to improve commercial performance and digitize core business processes. Earlier in his career, Adam was a Research Scientist at Harvard Medical School’s Predictive Medicine Group. Adam is a data scientist by training and an MIT System Design and Management Fellow. He holds an M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.A. from Harvard University.

Marco Ferrigo is Chief Digital & AI Officer at Fondo FSI, Italy's largest private equity firm focused on Italian mid-cap companies. His mandate spans portfolio value creation and operating model transformation across the fund's investments. He leads FSI's AI and Digital value creation methodology, embedding AI-readiness assessments into due diligence and across the full investment lifecycle. Prior to FSI, Marco spent seven years at McKinsey, where he rose to Associate Partner advising large corporates and PE-backed mid-caps across Europe and the Middle East on digital and operational value creation. He has led AI and digital transformation programs across sectors including financial services, software, manufacturing, energy.
Prerak Vohra
Managing Director in Private Equity @ Goldman Sachs
Prerak is a managing director in Private Equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He is a member of the Value Accelerator team, focused on driving digital and technology transformation at the firm's portfolio companies. Prerak joined Goldman Sachs in 2019 as a vice president and was named managing director in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Prerak worked at McKinsey & Company, most recently as an associate partner in New York. He led the digital transformation practice for financial services clients.
