Private equity secondaries have evolved from a niche liquidity tool into a core route to accessing high‑quality, PE‑backed companies. As GPs manage larger portfolios and hold assets for longer, traditional exit routes remain constrained. In response, GPs are increasingly turning to GP‑led and direct secondary solutions to generate liquidity, optimise portfolio construction and raise mid‑fund life capital for their highest‑conviction assets.

In this webinar, we explore the structural drivers behind the rapid growth of the GP solutions market and how approaches pioneered by managers such as W Capital provide differentiated access to high conviction assets. Investing in more mature, well-performing mid-life assets has the potential for de-risked and earlier cash flow strong returns. We will compare the expanding range of GP‑led and direct secondary structures, highlight key risk‑return considerations, and discuss how investors can access these opportunities efficiently in today’s market.
